We worked with Tammy to buy our first home in a small school boundary in Seattle. We are transplants from suburban Chicago and had purchased and sold property there. To say that the process in Seattle is vastly different is an understatement. Tammy was very patient in explaining all the differences as she walked us through each step of the process. She was very willing to send us all the data that we needed and requested to model different scenarios on each property, and she was very helpful in talking through the emotional side of such a huge and life-changing purchase. After we analyzed the data and our discussions, if the criteria we were using didn't work, then Tammy would assist us in adjusting our criteria for prospective properties based on the new data collected. She also walked us through all the potential strategies and offers on multiple houses before we decided to submit our offers. If it wasn't for Tammy who was on top of the many changes leading into the COVID-19 pandemic, we do not think that we would have felt confident and ready to move forward with a competitive offer that ultimately won us our home in what we consider to be the perfect location and property.
